StarBlue GS Bluetooth Adapter Kits - For Global Star Products Only
The StarBlue series are Bluetooth Wireless Data adapter kits developed to give phone users the convenience of using data services on a laptop computer away from the satellite phone or satellite vehicle kit, wirelessly and without the need for obtrusive cables. The kit is supplied complete and requires no end user support.
Computer users now have operator friendly access to data services from up to a range of 100m to 1.2km, depending on environment and antenna choice. Compatible with most computers and operating systems using it's own built-in Bluetooth capability, or the Class 1 USB Bluetoth Adapter as supplied in the Kit. devices or built-in - PDA Kits not yet compatible.
- The Pacific Rim Bluetooth Class 1 devices average connection distance of 100m to 1.2km depending on optional configurations chosen.
- The Pacific Rim Bluetooth Class 2 devices average connection distance of 30m to 150m depending on optional configurations chosen.
StarBlue now gives you complete freedom to leave the vicinity of your satellite phone or Vehicle and still retain a satellite data connection. Break the cable link from your satellite phone and get the freedom to move and exchange data on demand anywhere on the Globalstar and Iridium networks.
